Powerbands are an effective and versatile training tool to increase strength and stability while burning fat and toning lean muscle. The adjustable tension of the powerbands minimizes joint stress while maximizing the impact on the targeted muscle groups.
Since many years I use tubes and I like to train with these powerbands! It variates the training, makes many exercises more effective and maximizes body weight workouts.
We use it in a personal training or in the classes of step- aerobic, Tonend and Fit, Energy Flow, Fit for the over 55’s. Besides that we are working with other types of tubes, Trigger Point’s foam roller and the black roll.
